Khushbu was founded by Kajal Jessani, known as 'Kay,' who turned a home-based endeavor during the pandemic into a thriving culinary venture, it quickly grew into a passion project that captured the hearts of many. The overwhelming response to her vibrant, flavorful dishes inspired the official launch of Khushbu in 2022.
Since then, Khushbu has flourished, with pop-ups, farmers' market appearances, and catering events, driven by Kay’s passion to share the rich, authentic flavors of India and motivating Kay to turn her dream into a reality.
